Assemble Cinemas in Manhasset, NY is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Theater & Operations Manager. The role leads shifts, upholds service and presentation standards, and acts as manager on duty in absence. It is a hands-on leadership position working on the floor with the team.

Position Summary
The Assistant Manager supports the Theater & Operations Manager in the daily operation of the theater and serves as the manager on duty in their absence. This is a hands‑on leadership role responsible for supervising shifts, upholding service and presentation standards, and ensuring the theater runs smoothly from open to close. The Assistant Manager works the floor alongside the team — no role on this team is above any task.
This is a part‑time hourly position scheduled across daytime, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts based on the theater's programming schedule, including regular opening and closing responsibilities. Overtime is paid at time‑and‑a‑half for all hours worked over 40 in a workweek. Scheduled hours vary from week to week based on the theater's programming and business needs.
