Tillys is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Green Bay, WI store. Join the Store Management Team to deliver an exceptional customer experience, model strong service and selling behaviors, and help hire, train and develop a high-performing Associates team.

You will oversee store operations, create a positive environment, and contribute to the overall success of the store on a part-time basis. The role emphasizes leadership, communication, and teamwork within a dynamic retail setting.

Job description

As an Assistant Manager, you will work with the Store Management Team to ensure that each Customer receives an amazing Tillys Experience. It starts with modeling exemplary service and selling behaviors, but it also means hiring, training and developing a strong team of Associates, ensuring smooth execution of Store operations, creating a great Store environment, and so much more!
