Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Provide 3+ weeks of store leadership training and participate in ongoing career development.
• Support a fast-paced environment with effective communication and conflict resolution.
