Job summary

• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to reach financial goals and deliver guest experiences.
• Participate in a leadership training program (3+ weeks) to prepare for success in store management.
• Support scheduling and daily store operations to ensure efficiency and guest satisfaction.
