Panda Restaurant Group Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager in Beavercreek, OH to help oversee a single Panda Express store. You will hire, motivate and guide associates to hit financial targets while delivering exceptional guest experiences. A 3+ week leadership training program will prepare you for success.

Competenze

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Mansioni

• Assist the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to meet financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in a store leadership training program of 3+ weeks to prepare for success.
