Job summary

Dominium is seeking an Assistant Manager for The Stillwaters, a 180-unit apartment community in Apopka, FL. You will support the Community Manager with daily operations on-site.

You will build resident relations, maintain occupancy, and assist with training site personnel, with occasional evenings and weekends as needed. The company offers an incentive bonus program, a 401(k) plan, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1 - 2 years previous property management experience preferred
• Section 8, Section 42, and/or Market Rate experience preferred
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals
• Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service
• Assist the Community Manager to train, direct, motivate, and assist site personnel
• Establish positive relationships within the community
• Be on-call as scheduled by management
