Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a supervisory role to lead store operations in a fast-paced retail environment. You will oversee the sales floor and stockroom, manage staffing and payroll, train staff, and ensure outstanding customer service while driving sales and maintaining brand standards.

You will develop product knowledge, lead visual displays, analyze reports, protect assets, and process Omni-Channel orders. Join a global team and embody our culture and values.

• Bachelor's degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
