Job summary

Shoe Palace Corporation in Oklahoma City is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations and drive an outstanding customer experience on the sales floor.

You will help coach team members, ensure optimal store performance, and maintain product knowledge while promoting a fun, energetic work environment. This is a full-time, on-site role with growth opportunities within Shoe Palace.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of customer service experience.
• 1 year of management experience preferred.
• 3 years as cashier or similar retail role.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store manager in running daily operations.
• Take ownership of location performance and customer experience.
• Evaluate employee performance and coach for improvement.
• Ensure customers receive the ultimate shopping experience.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge across athletic footwear and apparel.

About you…

• 18+ years old
• Must have OPEN AVAILABILITY DURING THE WEEKENDS
• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields
• Be a dynamic and outgoing individual with leadership skills
• Must be driven!
• Does talking to everyone just come naturally? Awesome! It would be great but not completely necessary to have... Experience in selling Athletic Shoes a plus.
• Experience working with a growing company
