Shoe Palace Corporation is seeking a dynamic Store Assistant Manager to lead daily operations at our Pearland, TX location. You will supervise staff, drive sales, coach team members, and ensure the highest level of customer service in a fast-paced athletic footwear environment.

You’ll oversee operations, training, and product knowledge while maintaining a clean, organized store and a welcoming atmosphere for shoppers. This role emphasizes teamwork and growth within a trusted national brand.

• Must be driven!
• Does talking to everyone just come naturally? Awesome! It would be great but not completely necessary to have... Experience in selling Athletic Shoes a plus.
