Job summary

Shoe Palace Corporation is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead store teams and ensure outstanding customer experiences. You will support daily operations, coach staff, and maintain product knowledge in a fast-paced retail environment.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in customer service or retail, leadership potential, and the energy to work weekends. A positive, proactive attitude and ability to drive results are required for success at Shoe Palace.
