Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager to blend business strategy with hands-on store leadership in Oak Brook. You will drive sales by analyzing the business, delivering best-in-class customer service, and overseeing daily operations from opening to closing.

You will lead recruiting, training, and development, guide floorset updates and styling, maintain visual displays, manage scheduling and payroll, and ensure inventory accuracy while upholding our brand culture.

They are responsible for overseeing daily store operations including opening and closing routines and driving efficiency in all store processes.
