Braum's is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to lead the store team and oversee daily operations of Braum's food service, grocery, and fountain sales in North Richland Hills, TX. The role requires a minimum of 2 years of retail management experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to manage a rotating 3-week schedule with about 45 hours per week.

Compensation is hourly at $18.50–$19.00 with potential bi-weekly bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must have valid Driver License

Responsibilities

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.

• Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.

Experience: 2 years

Shift: 2:00 pm - Close

Hourly Compensation: $18.50 - $19.00

(annually $49,500 - $54,000)

Assistant Manager's role:
