Job summary

Braum's is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager-Food Service Supervisor-Management in McKinney, TX. The role oversees daily restaurant operations, leads the team, and drives guest satisfaction.

Hourly compensation is $16.50–$17.00, with an annualized range around $48k–$49.5k, plus a rewarding bonus program. The position requires 2 years of restaurant/retail management, a 21+ driver license, and a high school diploma or GED.

Position: Assistant Manager

Experience: 2 years

Shift: 2:00 pm - Close

Hourly Compensation: $16.50 - $17.00 (annually $48,000 - $49,500)

Assistant Manager's role

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the daily operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.

Work Schedule

Work days vary based on a rotating 3 week schedule with an expected 45 hour work week.
