Job summary

Braum's in Ennis, Texas is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead our food service team. The role includes coaching staff, maintaining food quality, and daily store operations, with a focus on customer service and sales growth.

The position reports to the Store Manager and offers a strong compensation package with a designed bonus program. The ideal candidate has retail management experience, a high school diploma or GED, at least 21 years old, and a valid driver's license.

Position: Assistant Manager

Experience: 2 years

Shift: 2:00 pm - Close

Hourly Compensation: $18.50 - $19.00 (annually $53,500 - $55,000)

Assistant Manager's role:

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the daily operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.

Work Schedule: Work days vary based on a rotating 3 week schedule with an expected 45 hour work week.
