Princess Polly on Newbury Street in Boston is seeking an Assistant Store Manager who is a motivated leader, obsessed with fashion, and capable of driving store performance, coaching associates, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

In this role you will manage Visual Merchandising and inventory alongside the Store Manager, lead a team, meet sales targets, train staff, and ensure a best-in-class shopping environment. The position offers competitive pay and benefits.

Position Summary:

Our Assistant Store Manager is a highly motivated leader who is passionate about creating extraordinary customer experiences. They have the ability to meet individual sales and metric goals, drive sales growth, coaches and develops associates to achieve sales goals. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the business including Visual Merchandising, product and inventory management in conjunction with the Store Manager. They will demonstrate the ability to lead naturally and set a precedent for the team.

Our ASM has dedication to quality and investing in results that always add value to the business. This person will also be a driving force for new and ongoing sales opportunities — directly impacting our growth and success.

Salary banding: $25-$28/per hour
