Job summary

Dunkin’ is opening a brand-new restaurant in North Royalton and seeks an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations with the Restaurant Manager’s guidance. You’ll help drive guest satisfaction, oversee shifts, and contribute to local marketing efforts to hit sales and profit targets.

Ideal candidates bring at least six months of management experience in retail or hospitality, strong time-management, and a passion for guest service.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent time management and guest service skills.
• Willing to start at 4 am and maintain an early schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations on each shift.
• Assist with local store marketing to achieve sales and profit goals.
• Support team members through performance coaching and training initiatives.
