Dunkin in Akron is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead day-to-day operations at our new Dunkin' location. You'll support the Restaurant Manager, ensure shifts run smoothly, and help drive local store marketing to hit sales goals.

We value guests, teamwork, and timely service. Expect early starts around 4 am, ongoing training, and opportunities for advancement within a supportive, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• You have at least six months of retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience.
• You are 18 years of age (or higher, per applicable law).
• You know what it takes to be in the smile-making business and have guest service skills.
• You’re ALL IN for starting your day bright and early and are ready to begin your workday at 4 am.
• You are ready to maintain open availability to accommodate schedule changes.

Responsibilities

• As Assistant Manager, you’ll help the Restaurant Manager with day-to-day operations and shift coverage.
• You’ll assist with local store marketing to achieve sales and profit goals.
