Mashreq in Egypt seeks an Assistant Manager for Mobile Banking Products & Delivery to own mobile and online banking capabilities, translating Retail Banking priorities into executable digital requirements and customer launches.
The role covers end-to-end delivery from business case through UAT, launch readiness, go-to-market and post-launch benefit realization, coordinating with Egypt Retail Banking, Group Digital and UAE teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, technology or related field.
- 5–7 years in digital banking or product management.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
Responsibilities
- Own Egypt's mobile/online banking initiatives.
- Translate business needs into clear requirements and user stories.
- Coordinate with Group Digital and UAE teams to align priorities.
- Support Quarterly Priority Meeting and manage risks.
- Develop business cases and commercialization plans.
- Drive in-app cross-sell and KPI tracking.
