Job summary

Mathnasium of Myers Park is seeking a dedicated Center Manager to lead after‑school and weekend operations, support assessments, and drive student enrollment.

You will coach staff, maintain a safe, engaging learning environment, deliver Mathnasium Method™ instruction, and collaborate with families to track progress and growth.

Qualifications

• Must have a passion for math and working with students.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Eagerness to learn and be trained.
• Ability to cultivate teamwork and balance education and sales responsibilities.
• Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I.
• Proficiency in computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Center Director in administering student assessments and developing learning plans.
• Assist with sales responsibilities, including promptly responding to leads and enrolling students.
• Provide exceptional customer service by building relationships with families and communicating student progress.
• Lead and coach team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting.
• Manage students’ learning progress and engagement during instructional sessions.
• Mentor and support employee development with on‑the‑job training for instructional staff.
• Teach/tutor in center, online, or via hybrid delivery using Mathnasium Method™ and practices.
• Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes.
• Help maintain a safe and professional learning environment.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
