LOFT is hiring a Sales Associate for Store 1458-Leawood Town Center in Leawood, KS. You will be the brand ambassador, guiding customers with personalized styling, keeping the floor organized, and delivering an inviting shopping experience.

You’ll listen to customer needs, share product knowledge, and collaborate with teammates to meet daily goals while upholding visual standards and using technology to access promotions.

Formación

• Sales Associate or customer-focused experience (preferred).
• Hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
