Job summary

Panda Express is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a single Panda Express store. You will hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences. A multi-week leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Able to work opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest-experience targets.
• Participate in 3+ weeks of store leadership training and ongoing development.
