Panda Restaurant Group is hiring an Assistant Manager for a Panda Express store in Seward Junction, Texas. You will help operate the store, hire and lead team members, and drive guest satisfaction while meeting financial goals.

You’ll complete a multi-week leadership training program and have opportunities for advancement within the Panda Family, with a comprehensive benefits package for full-time associates.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to move to a store within a 50-mile radius of home.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operating a single Panda Express store; hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest service standards.
• Lead and train team members through the 3+ weeks leadership training program.
• Contribute to a positive, efficient store environment and resolve conflicts as they arise.
