Panda Restaurant Group in Texas is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee a single Panda Express store, lead a team, hire, train, and drive guest satisfaction. You will be responsible for ensuring a great guest experience and store success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operating a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program and support continuous leadership development.
