The role offers a path to management with ongoing leadership development and a comprehensive training program designed to build both functional and people-management skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation of a single Panda store, hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Support leadership training and development through a 3+ week store leadership program.
