Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. We provide a 3+ weeks leadership training program, mentorship, and comprehensive support to help you succeed in a Panda-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to reach financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Lead the store team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Complete 3+ weeks of store leadership training prior to or during tenure.
