Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the daily operation of a Panda Express store. You will help hire, guide and supervise associates to drive financial performance and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

We provide a multi-week Store Leadership Training program to prepare you for success and promote growth within our family of restaurants. The role requires flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including openings, closings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Lead and participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program.
