Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. It offers a paid Store Management Leadership Training program, mentorship, and support from our Panda community.

As an Assistant Manager, you will help operate a single store, hire and direct associates, and drive financial results while delivering exceptional guest experiences. A multi-week leadership training program is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring guest experiences.
• Provide leadership and training to store staff through a multi-week leadership program.
