Qualifications

• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality.
• Basic computer skills.
• Basic math and financial management.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Manager and shift leaders in daily operations.
• Lead team meetings and oversee brand training programs.
• Schedule, train, validate and certify team and shift leads.
• Ensure brand standards, recipes and systems are followed.
• Create a guest-focused culture and drive guest satisfaction.
• Review guest feedback and implement improvement actions.
• Assist with budget, inventory, and labor scheduling as needed.
• Support compliance with safety and sanitation requirements.
