Qualifications

• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Basic math and financial management skills.
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead team meetings and assist Restaurant Manager.
• Oversee Brand Training programs and staff scheduling.
• Ensure brand standards, recipes and systems are followed.
• Create a guest-focused culture and drive satisfaction.
• Assist with inventory and labor scheduling to meet demand.
