Job summary

The Head Spa in Dallas is seeking an Assistant Manager / Working Service Leader who will be on the floor serving clients while leading the team, protecting standards and helping the location perform at a high level.

You will develop people, expand knowledge in strand health and scalp care, and grow daily operations through coaching, education and leadership that elevates service quality and client loyalty.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands-on Drybar experience in a high-volume premium service environment.
• Current cosmetology license in good standing (TX).
• Experience in leadership roles (lead educator, manager, or similar).
• Strong blowout and finishing skills with solid consultation and client communication.
• Familiar with scheduling/POS systems and routine business documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead five leadership priorities to bring the operating system to life.
• Set hospitality tone from greeting through follow-up and coach the team.
• Protect blowout quality, consultation standards, service timing, and sanitation.
• Monitor staffing, scheduling, inventory, compliance and daily operations.
• Drive rebooking, memberships, retail and client retention through education.
