Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Assist the General Manager in daily operations to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Team Development: Train, mentor, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Customer Satisfaction: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring quality food and service.
• Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control and ensure proper stock levels are maintained.
• Scheduling: Create weekly schedules for staff, ensuring all shifts are covered within budgeted hours.
