Job summary

Lee's Famous Recipe Chicken is hiring an Assistant General Manager to join our leadership team. You will support daily operations, mentor staff, and drive exceptional service in a high-volume restaurant.

This role requires 2 years of leadership experience in food and beverage, a 5-week training in Indiana at our corporate training center, and a commitment to Lee’s brand standards. We offer competitive pay and advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Customer Satisfaction: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring quality food and service.
• Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control and ensure proper stock levels are maintained.
• Scheduling: Create weekly schedules for staff, ensuring all shifts are covered within budgeted hours.
