Domino's Norfolk is seeking an Assistant Manager to join the leadership team at 4231 E Little Creek Rd unit B. You will lead a team, uphold high standards of customer service and product quality, and learn how to progress toward a General Manager role in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

The role offers an hourly wage of $15–$18 with bonus potential and a path toward franchise opportunities through our Management Development Program.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have valid U.S. employment authorization.
• Prior management experience is a plus.
• Preferred restaurant experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop a team.
• Schedule shifts and place store food orders; manage inventory.
