Domino's Pizza in Virginia Beach is seeking an Assistant Manager (4229) to join our leadership team. You will help run day-to-day store operations, develop your team, and uphold high customer service and product quality standards.

This full-time role offers an hourly wage of $15–$18 with bonus potential, and a path through our Management Development Program toward future General Manager positions. Prior management experience and a customer-focused mindset are valued.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have valid U.S employment authorization.
• Prior management experience is a plus.
• Preferred restaurant experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop a team.
• Ensure staff on shift follows schedules and places store orders/maintains inventory.
• Maintain exceptional product quality above all.
• Respond promptly to customer concerns.
• Maintain a professional image of store staff.
