Job summary

Burger King Assistant Manager in Mooresville, IN leads shifts, coaches Team Members and Shift Coordinators, and upholds BK brand standards to deliver fast, friendly service and strong guest satisfaction. You’ll report to the RGM and work to grow the team and improve operations.

You’ll drive profitability through inventory oversight, staffing and cash controls while developing your people and advancing operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• 1–2 years of leadership experience in restaurants, retail, or other fast-paced environments
• Strong communication and team motivation skills
• Ability to solve problems and make timely decisions
• Commitment to guest experience, BK standards, and ongoing learning and growth

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by serving guests and energizing the team
