Job summary

Northern Blends Smoothie King is seeking a hands-on Assistant Manager to partner with the General Manager in driving store performance and developing a high-performing team. This role emphasizes hospitality, brand standards, and community engagement in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead scheduling, labor, and performance discussions, while ensuring food safety and strong guest experiences. This position requires 40–45 hours per week with weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Assistant Manager or Supervisor experience in food service or retail preferred.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and lead others.
• Comfortable with scheduling software, inventory tools, and basic reporting.
• Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work 40–45 hours/week, including evenings and weekends.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willing to work in cold environments (walk-in coolers/freezers).
