Panera Bread (Columbus, OH) is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a bakery-cafe and support the General Manager in daily operations. You will coach and develop the team, manage staffing and scheduling, and drive guest satisfaction while maintaining Panera's standards of excellence.

You will grow with the team, focusing on warm, belonging, growth, and trust, and partnering with the GM to improve operations and profitability.
