Expect to drive store performance, help hire and coach associates, and ensure excellent product knowledge across our omnichannel approach. This role involves steady leadership on the sales floor and in-store events within a dynamic brand portfolio.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Flexible availability – including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products and lift up to 50 pounds.
