Dunkin' - Franchisee Of Dunkin Donuts is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager and lead a team to deliver fast, friendly service. You will oversee shifts, coach staff, and ensure quality and consistency across operations.

This role emphasizes training, inventory checks, cash handling, and maintaining Dunkin' standards while driving guest satisfaction and store profitability. A hands-on leader will step in as manager-on-duty when needed.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience in food service, retail, or hospitality.
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to train, motivate, and lead a team
• Focus on guest service and satisfaction
• Problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Availability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate crew members to deliver great guest experiences
• Support training and development of team members to maintain high standards
• Manage daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, and store cleanliness
• Assist in hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance evaluations
• Monitor sales performance and labor costs to achieve profitability goals
• Ensure compliance with all Dunkin' brand standards and safety regulations
• Step in as the manager-on-duty as needed to keep the store running smoothly
