Responsibilities

• Assist GM with scheduling, inventory, ordering, team building and training to ensure great guest experiences.
• Lead teammates in customer service and food safety; uphold standards.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness in all areas including kitchen and dining room.
• Open or close store shifts as needed.
