Job summary

Arby’s, Inc. in Tucson is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead teams, hire and train staff, resolve customer complaints, and assist with scheduling. You will work closely with the General Manager to uphold brand policies and deliver operational excellence.

The role offers full-time hours, $19–$23 per hour, advancement opportunities, PTO, flexible scheduling, free meals, health insurance (also dental and vision), and incentive programs. Open availability and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 yr + experience in Assistant Manager role in retail or restaurant space.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Willing to work at any location in the Tucson and surrounding area.
• Self-motivated and able to lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Assistant Managers ensure company policies are followed.
• Have an understanding of restaurant financials.
• Learn effective cost control measures.
• Assist in hiring, training and developing new employees.
• Resolve customer issues to their overall satisfaction.
• Provide great leadership and direction to all employees.
• Ensure product quality and availability.
• Ensure Food Safety.
• Work closely with the General Manager to lead staff.
• Ensure that health, safety, and security rules are followed.
• Take disciplinary action when necessary.
• Complete tasks assigned by the General Manager accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain restaurants standards, including stocking and cleaning.
