MBR Management, a Domino's Pizza franchise, seeks an organized Assistant Manager for our Ballwin location at 14764 Clayton Rd. You will support daily operations, lead and mentor team members, and ensure outstanding customer service while maintaining store policies and financial metrics.

The role requires 2+ years of supervisory experience in retail or food service, strong leadership, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years supervisory or management experience in retail or operations.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with POS systems and inventory software.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data.
