Job summary

Panera Bread Wellington is seeking an Assistant Manager to help lead a bakery-cafe to success. You will support the General Manager in operations, guest experience, and profitability while owning people development at the location.

You will build a culture of Warmth, Belonging, Growth, and Trust, coach cafe staff, hire and train new team members, manage scheduling, and ensure food safety and high-quality service. This role offers growth toward GM and health and safety focus.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of restaurant or retail supervisory experience.
• You are at least 18 years old.
• You have reliable transportation (valid license & insurance is a plus).
• You can pass a drug screen and background check.
• You can work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Experience with health and food safety.
