Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2-4 years supervisory experience in fast food, quick service, food service or retail with Profit and Loss responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must pass background check and drug test.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Shift management - ensure that shift managers and team members complete their tasks, including scheduling shifts.
• Customer service - ensure positive dining experience and support in escalated situations.
• Employee management - supervise, develop and train new hires; address performance issues.
• Food safety - maintain a safe environment for employees and customers.
• Inventory management - monitor inventory and enforce company policies.
