Job summary

Pizza Hut Asheville is seeking an Assistant Restaurant General Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager in leading daily operations, coaching shift leaders and team members, and upholding brand standards. You will help with hiring and training, build a bench of key holding managers, ensure great customer service, and promote a positive workplace culture.

You will manage scheduling, forecasting, inventory, and safety programs, ensuring the store meets all health and brand requirements

Qualifications

• Experience leading restaurant teams and managing daily operations.
• Proven ability to hire, train, and develop staff across shifts.
• Strong focus on customer service, safety, and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist RGM with hiring, training, and building a bench of key managers and team members.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards and uphold brand principals.
• Oversee inventory, forecasting, scheduling, and store operations.
• Develop a store team with high customer satisfaction and adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Coach and develop team members, manage performance, and ensure execution of training.
