Job summary

Lane Bryant is seeking an Assistant Manager to drive daily store operations, coaching the sales team and ensuring a fashion-forward, welcoming customer experience at our Cedar Hill, TX location. You will partner with store leadership to meet sales goals while prioritizing talent development, merchandising execution, and store performance.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of specialty retail and management experience, a high school diploma, and strong communication and tech skills.

Qualifications

• 6 months specialty retail and management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication, supervisory, and customer service skills.
• Flexible availability - including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Proficient with technology, including an ability to operate store systems accurately.

Responsibilities
