Arby’s Michigan is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run our restaurants day-to-day, ensuring shifts run smoothly and customers receive great service. You will lead by example, manage daily operations, and support a high-performing team.

You will assist the General Manager, contribute to local store marketing to hit sales and profit goals, and guide team members through performance and training initiatives to uphold brand standards and service excellence.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
