Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced food service or retail environment.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions and solve problems efficiently.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Outstanding attendance record and punctuality.
• Proficiency in basic math and cash handling.
• Experience in food preparation and knowledge of food safety practices.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume setting.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Previous experience in pizza-making is a plus.
