Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced customer service.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations.
• Supervise and train team members, enforce policies, provide feedback.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in accordance with guidelines.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
• Support strategy implementation to improve performance.
