Job summary

Dunkin’ is opening a brand-new restaurant in Akron, and we’re seeking an Assistant Manager to help run daily operations from the start. You’ll support the Restaurant Manager, lead shifts, and guide team members through performance and training initiatives.

The role requires hospitality management experience, strong time management, and a customer-first mindset as you help launch a new location with dedicated team members and first-class service.

Qualifications

• At least six months of retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.
• Open availability to start work at 4 am.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager with day-to-day operations to ensure smooth shifts.
• Lead and support team members during shifts and training.
• Contribute to local store marketing to achieve sales and profit goals.
